Photography and illustration commissioning (art direction of existing assets is included; new photo/illustration shoots are quoted separately) · Paid media / ad spend · Printing costs and print-run production · Third-party licence fees · Hosting and domain costs for web builds · Content copywriting beyond what’s explicitly scoped in a package.

€120/h net for custom scope.

Work outside the fifteen packages — a mixed project, a larger retainer, ongoing support — is quoted at €120 net per hour after a short scoping call.

Are these prices really final, or a starting point?
Final. The price shown on a package page is what that package costs — not a floor for negotiation. Custom scope outside the fifteen packages is quoted separately, at €120/h net.
What happens if a project runs over the scoped hours?
Each package has a defined scope. If something genuinely outside that scope comes up mid-project, we flag it and quote the addition before doing the work — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Standard terms are set out at checkout and in the Terms of Service; write to us before ordering if you need a different arrangement for a larger package.
Why do prices show "net, plus 19% VAT"?
nora-designs is a German business and this is a B2B offer by default — net pricing plus statutory VAT is the standard B2B presentation. Consumer checkouts show the gross total.
