Print & Packaging questions
Do you handle prepress and printer communication?
Yes, at every tier — it’s a standard inclusion, not an upgrade. We liaise directly with your printer on file spec.
What if my printer needs a specific file spec?
Tell us who's printing it and we build to their spec from the start, rather than converting at the end.
Can you design packaging without a manufacturer picked yet?
Yes, but dielines will need a confirmation pass once a manufacturer is chosen — we'll flag exactly what to re-check.
Do you attend the press check?
In person, for Editorial & Publication. For the other tiers, we review a digital proof remotely before the run.
