Refunds & Cancellation

For consumers — your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are ordering for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — nora-designs, Inh. Nora Behrens, Simrockstraße 25, 30171 Hannover, Germany, support@nora-designs.com, +49 173 923 6784 — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Important — if you ask us to start work immediately: if you expressly request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends, and you later withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to the work already performed up to the point you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract. If, with your express consent, we complete the contract in full before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal lapses entirely.

For businesses (B2B) — cancellation terms

The statutory right of withdrawal above applies only to consumer purchases. For orders placed by businesses acting in their trade, profession, or business, the following cancellation terms apply instead:

• 10 or more business days before the agreed kickoff date: full refund of any amount paid.
• Within 10 business days of the agreed kickoff date: 50% of the package price is retained to cover reserved capacity; the remainder is refunded.
• After kickoff: you are billed in full for completed phases of work; unstarted phases are refunded.

Creative Retainer (subscription service)

The retainer has a 3-month minimum term. After that, it continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, effective at the end of a calendar month. Design hours not used within a given month do not roll over to the next month.

Priority delivery

The Priority delivery surcharge (+20% of the package price) is non-refundable once the compressed schedule has been confirmed by email, because it reserves capacity that would otherwise be allocated elsewhere.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original order, within 14 days of the refund being agreed, unless we agree another method with you.
