Each package has a defined scope. If something genuinely outside that scope comes up mid-project, we flag it and quote the addition before doing the work — never a surprise on the final invoice.

You work directly with Nora Behrens — the person who designs your project is the person who quoted it. Larger packages may draw on named collaborators for photography, development, or prepress, stated plainly when it applies.

Yes — English is the site's and the studio's default language. German delivery is available for any project, not required for any.
